If there is one game that Pattaya bar girls like to play, it's join together Four. That's the way we were born as men. That's what we need to be truly happy in life. It's simple really; let us be men and let women be women. Take a look at your buddies, emasculated by nagging, overbearing wives, do they seem happy?

Being attracted to Asian women isn't weird, it isn't a 'fetish' or 'yellow fever' nor does it advise you are in some way unable to cope a association with a woman of your own race. On the contrary, I'd say it means you have understood what makes you happy - what would make any man happy if they were to admit it, that you are willing to take a chance, to step out of the box to look for happiness.

Most guys think they have to be rich or notable to date beautiful younger girls.

They seem to grudgingly accept the idea that they're never going to be with a sexy woman who adores and respects them, so they decree for a girl they think will be 'compatible'. Normally that means she will be just as boring as they are.

But check back a few years after marriage, then how many are happy and sexually fulfilled? I don't know of many personally. Many friends have been lost after they again and again had to ask their wife for permission to do anything. They tell their wives that they have to go to Asia for business, while in reality they want to visit me and get introduced to my lifestyle. Those that make it over here, rarely look back.

You know it already; we're driven by the same desires as we were at the beginning of time. We as men crave soft, feminine women; it's what we need to complement us. The missing part. Someone who will need our masculinity and strength. Asian women fit this record like no other females.

I believe there are any reasons, some unconscious that make us attracted to Asian women. Some are sexual of course. Asian women have perfect hairless skin, hard bodies and those feminine approximately feline facial features that are so alluring. Asian women do not get fat as they age. In fact, Asian women stay inviting far longer than Western women (it helps that they don't live the 'fast life' as much).

Asian women are also a lot more approachable. I love how you can walk up to any Asian woman and start flirting. As long as you come in with a big smile and you are polite, you are never going to be shot down in that nasty New York kind of way. Asian women love to flirt. As I walk back to my condo every day from work, I all the time stop to flirt with the shop girls, the University girls or the old lady selling nuts! It's a very life confirming thing. Being a man and being sexual as a man isn't something to be ashamed of here.

Try walking around in any shopping mall in Bangkok, Jakarta or Manila. You will be amazed at the number of inviting girls who will shoot you shy glances and inviting smiles. If you're an older gentleman, you may have all but forgotten what that feels like!

And this is only the superficial side of the equation.

Asian women are extraordinary homemakers, wives and mothers. Asian children are all the time happy and husbands do get cared for very well.

Being predominant the world over since the American Gi's first used Pattaya as their R&R is "Waking Street". This street in Pattaya which has had ten's of thousands of visitors of all descriptions and nationalities over the years. Is the hottest street virtually known anywhere. All things here is on overdose proportions packed wall to wall with bars, disco's, nightclubs and restaurants of all descriptions. Flashing neon lights, Coyote dancers, loud music and cheap drink certify an unforgettable experience.

One's first time in the street is wholly mind blowing, loud music being heard in every direction. At the top end can be found Mxxx disco for the rich and trendy of Pattaya. If you are going to speculation here, dress to impress bearing in mind anything over thirty five, will appear ancient. If rock and roll is your your bag "The rolling stones bar" is for you with beloved live rock and roll from its resident band.

If your looking for something verily distinct then there is the arab quarter, with belly dancers and deafening music from all directions. Don't stay here long or you might suffer permanent damage and loss of hearing, you will see habitancy of all nationalities smoking water pipes in some establishments.

Lucifer's disco is easy found with its large neon sign above the entrance, like most discos in Pattaya entrance time is regarded as two am when the ladies leave their respective bars. Going any earlier and you might well be the only person there. Although the drinks are high-priced this drifts into insignificance when weighted against the atmosphere and entertainment value.

Gogo bars are tasteless place at every turn. "The iron door" nearby being very popular. The place is full of beautiful and exotic ladies with lots of smiles and arduous looks. This makes a newbie particular male tourist a love god overnight. Possibly more seedy of all the gogo bars is "Beavers" here ladies dance on mirrored tables, and as the name implies dinky is left to the imagination.

For those who just want good food this is potential too with an array of restaurants covering various menus, Want a first class meal at 3am "No qoute Sir"

Pattaya is a city with manifold personalities. For some it is a place to learn about Thai culture, for many it is a shopping paradise, for families it offers a host of activities that everybody can enjoy and for a millions of single men, it's a nightclub centre and a place to meet some of Thailand's most beautiful women.

On Soi Diamond, the street with more than a dozen go-go bars, there's diamond Beach Hotel, Galaxy Suites and Green View Serviced Apartments. Just colse to on Soi 14, there's the Grand Hotel, with 80 rooms in a choice of styles, and Jasmine Hotel with 62 rooms, recently refurnished and a new indoor swimming pool, one of the highest rated Pattaya hotels on Trip Advisor. On Walking street itself, there's the Walking street Guesthouse just above Sweethearts Go-Go and P.72 Hotel, with the street level bar that opens onto Walking Street. A great place to sit and watch the activities on Walking street before going out for the evening.

Soi Buakhao Area Hotels

The Soi Buakhao area is another popular nightclub area. Here you'll find an animated mix of guest friendly hotels and guesthouses for visitors and apartments for Thais who work in the nightclubs and bars.

On Soi Buakhao itself, you'll find Katesiree House, Laguna Buakhao House with Thai style furniture, Target Regency Guesthouse, and Rabbi's Elephant Guesthouse which is also a meeting place for the Pattaya Golf Society.

Just off Soi Buakhao on Soi Lk Metro mingled with the go-go bars, coyote bars and beer bars you find a bunch of guest-friendly hotels and guesthouses. If you like to hang out with aliens you'll love Armageddon Guesthouse and Bar, and there's Irish Rovers Guesthouse and Kilkenny Hotel with an Irish flavour. Close by you'll find the popular Stags Head Guesthouse, and in the projection of the street, there's Pasadena Lodge with a choice of 20 beautifully furnished rooms, in 4 separate room styles.

Just across the road there's Soi Chaiyapoon, celebrated for Crazy Daves café that serves breakfast 24 hours/day and Neeroys late night bistro that offers fish 'n chips and English style curries. Guest friendly guesthouses don't get much friendlier than Canterbury Tales Café that has a bookstore and bistro on the ground floor. Just supplementary down the street, near the popular Maggie May's bar there's Chaiyapoon Inn & Restaurant.

Buying A Condo As An venture

A lot of people ask us as part of their hunt for a condo, which ones are best investments. Personally, if I knew the rejoinder to that 100%, I would be writing this from my own hidden island. Alas, that is not the case and I write in my home office, seeing out at the snow.

There is no hard and fast rule when it comes to speculation condos. A lot of it depends on what exactly you are seeing to get out of it. Some people think of speculation condos as rentals, while others are mental of sales value down the road.

If you are seeing to buy a condo to rent out, then there are a few factors you need to consider.

First, don't just buy the smallest and/or cheapest unit you can find. Not too many people are going to want to live in it - would you? Instead, think of who your target shop is going to be. If you want singles, then one bedroom condos would be fine. Once you get to couples (with the possibility of children), then you are going to want to think more in terms of larger units with two bedrooms.

Speaking of which, there has been a recent hue and cry over the lack of condos that are convenient for families. Sure, there are a few tired old buildings with three bedroom units, but they are few and far between. Where are the new units? What are the options for the families that don't want a house? Or those than can't afford a house? Before I get to well ranting, I just wanted to point out that condos need to be equal opportunity. They are not just for singles or couples or empty-nesters. Some people want to raise a house in the sky. Time to do something about it. Anyway, on with the article...

Location is also going to have a bearing on your target market, or on the available pool of renters who will make up your market. If you want primarily university students, then look to buy near U of T, York, Ryerson, etc. Don't forget the smaller schools and colleges, such as George Brown or Sheridan. There are a lot of students in Toronto, so there are a lot of options for you to request for retrial to them.

The flip side of course, is that if you don't want student renters, don't buy near where they would want to live!

If you want doctors and nurses and interns and the like, then you are going to want to buy along Hospital Row, or not too far from it. Yes, there are more isolated facilties nearby the city, but stay close to where the biggest renter pool is likely to be.

Many people often ask about new condos versus resale as rental properties. This is a hard one, but my gut feel is that new buildings are not the best bet. Maybe if you are going for a 1,200 quadrate foot penthouse with a view to die for, but a simple one bedroom just puts you in the pack with everyone else. If a 300-unit building has 30 people buy to rent out, you are going to be facing some stiff competition to get a renter into your unit. You may be best to simply avoid that sort of competition and look for resales or smaller new developments.

Speaking of competition, this might be a good time to delve into a argument of rents and their recent decline. With all the condo action in Toronto the past few years, many units have been built and many have been bought to rent out. As with any market, contribute and examine dictate pricing. When there are more units than renters, there is more and more competition to get those lease dollars. Thus, rents go down.

Even with a decline in rental amounts, if you are buying as an investment, you need to look at the larger picture. Don't expect to pay your mortage and condo fees - and make a profit. Those days are gone. But add up all the monthly expenses and if you get a rental estimate that is not so much less than you are spending, then you have to think about it more in terms of your mortgage only costing you 0 a month. Even if it is 0 a month, that is significantly less than if you were paying all things yourself. You don't get much for nothing these days, so be happy that man is helping subsidize your mortage.

Now, there is an additional one group of people who are mental more about sales in the future. Some may be buying a condo off plans with the opinion of flipping it once the building is done. I don't want to repeat myself, but basically re-read what I said above about buying in a new development to rent. Being one of the herd is not all the time a good thing.

It used to be that buying new and selling it after living in it for a few years was guaranteed profits. Not so much anymore. Land costs and building costs are up, plus builders know they can get more for their product. Thus you have to think more strategically these days.

There are three things I generally propose when people ask me what to buy that will increase over the years.

First is to buy large. Buy as big a condo as you can afford. This is for two main reasons. The first is as above, so as not to be one of 100 one bedroom units for sale in a building. The second is that a large segment of future condo buyers are going to be empty-nesters and downsizers. Many older couples will be leaving their larger homes and they are not going to want to live in a 650-square-foot one-bedroom condo.

Second is to look for up-and-coming areas. Of course, that leads to the examine of what areas are up and coming. In any place the prices are not through the roof. Areas where there are very few new developments. Areas you see or hear or read about. Take the Queen East corridor - that is going to be the next King West, mark my words. Have you heard the terms Leslieville or Studio District or Corktown bandied about? There's a infer for that...

Third and last is to try to find something as unique as possible. Again, when it comes time to sell, you need something to help you stand out from the crowd. Many people don't want the norm, they want something interesting. Think about a loft, especially a conversion. Something with a unique layout or dissimilar location. I know this might be a lot to digest, but trust me, read it through and think about it. There are a lot of options out there and you need to narrow them down to only the best ones for you. Of course, every situation is different, but that is why the end effect will have a dissimilar shortlist for everyone.

And that is what helps to keep the shop unique and allows people to make money in real estate.
